NY Civil Fraud Case
A NYC judge ordered Trump and his business to pay more than $350M and barred him from serving in a top role of any New York company for three years, ruling that he DID fraudulently inflate his wealth for financial gain. He will also have to pay millions in interest on that money and cannot apply for loans from any financial iInstitution registered in NY for 3 years. (Trump's sons have been ordered to each pay $4M for personal profits from the fraud and are barred from serving as executives in NY state for 2 years.) Trump will likely appeal this ruling.

March 4 (Held in Abeyance)
Federal 2020 Election & Jan.6 Case
Scheduled start date for Federal case in which Jack Smith alleges that Donald Trump plotted to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Trump filed an emergency motion with the Supreme Court asking it to delay his trial by freezing a ruling that rejected his immunity claims. Special counsel Jack Smith is urging the court to reject Trump's request and allow the trial to move ahead.
March 25
Stormy Daniels Hush Money Case Hearing
Scheduled date for the Manhattan criminal trial with the District Attorney alleging that Trump falsified business records related to cash payments to Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election. A judge ruled in a hearing on February 15 that the trial will move forward, despite Trump's claims that the case will interfere with his campaigning for president.
May 20
Mar-a-Lago Classified Documents Case
Scheduled date for Federal case alleging 37 criminal counts including conspiracy to obstruct justice, making false statements and violating the Espionage Act. Judge Aileen Cannon rejected Trump’s appeal to move the date, but it could possibly still be moved at a March 1 scheduling conference.
August 5
Georgia Election Interference Case
Proposed date for the Fulton County case in which DA Fani Willis alleges Trump and 19 other individuals tried to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. This date does take into account delays because of his other trials. The possibility exists that this case will start after Election Day or even in 2025.
